Red Tail Hawks that inhabit the woods and pasture behind my house. She's elegant and soars well, but she's a predator. You can admire her, but not trust her. She hunts with great skill and is very knowledgeable, but when she swoops down on her prey, they don't get away. Hey, Tweety, watch out! You may have snapped at her and made her back off just like I have seen Quail cocks repel the hawks and then dive into the bushes. But there is the next time. She's a hawk and Tweety, you are still a canary.

(75,480 posts)It was her colors and feathers if you think about it. But looking at her nose, it is one of the things that makes her look elegant.

(8,419 posts)She is smart enough to know her side just took an ass kicking. And there is nothing mean about going after someone who pretends to be a reporter but in reality is pushing her agenda.

(75,480 posts)you do get health issues. I should know. I'm old. However, that isn't the problem and I don't think she's ill.

(75,480 posts)Tweety comes from a bit of bully. He knows whom to bully and at the right time. But he bends over when the time comes. I sort of hope deep down in my heart that there is some of the old Tweety I used to like when he wrote articles for the San Francisco Chronicle, back in the eighties, but he has been a disappointment

(75,480 posts)I didn't know. It seems to have sparked something in this thread. She's a person who passes herself off as a journalist, who has certain credentials, but is married to a famous banker, and has displayed predatory behavior in favor of other global predators. I don't care whom she worships, or what her rather Nordic looking heritage is. It's whom she is as a journalist. It rather galls me and she's not been a nice person at this convention so far. She just been up there soaring, watching and waiting for a strike.
Not at all. Tweety can handle her just as easily as Madeline Albright did on "Morning Joe" today. Piece of cake. Google it.

(75,480 posts)I didn't know this woman was Jewish. I always thought she was Greenspan's, shiksa (I know I didn't spell that right) trophy wife. No code here darlings. I think she's despicable all by herself. No, I didn't go look into her background to find out what her religion, ethnicity or other personal stuff was. I only saw her as a failed journalist, with a powerful husband. She is a person who can use that power for her own agenda. That's all.
