I just heard Tweety condescendingly say that to some right wing guy who was attempting to paint Obamacare as some "European style" program.

Tweety was having none of it! He said something like, "Why do you guys do that? Why do you always try to make Obama seem foreign? That genius you guys have running for President does it all the time."
