It should be posted, enlarged, at the entry to every so-called "house of worship" in the world, and shown for fifteen seconds prior to every TV program with televangelists that hit on their audience for money.

St Pete says, "So you're Little Billy! Scamp has told me all about you!"

(Approximate quote. If memory serves, it was also done by Wiley.)

Crying here, just had to have one of our dogs euthanized 3 months ago and I miss her dearly...every...single...day.

But I like it for 2 reasons. First is the typical feline behavior of irreverently clawing anything and everything. Secondly, the notion of a cat making cirrus clouds out of big, bulky, potentially threatening clouds is a metaphor for cats bringing joy with them through their antics.

I will imagine a cat shredding through an ominous dark cloud.

There are hundreds of examples that we would find abhorrent of people practicing the morals they believed their religion taught them.
Westboro Baptist Church, ISIS, etc., easily find references in their texts to support their actions.

Jesus died for everyone's sins, correct? So a Christian serial killer gets into heaven, right?

brought up churchianity as they are want to do. (Here, on our buses, we are allowed to chat with the drivers, they generally know who the regulars are and we get to know them, too.)

I asked that question - serial murderers can go if they believe, but Gandhi can't? It is so irrational that good works do not fly with dominionists just act like you believe and you are good to go. And people wonder why the churches are emptying by the droves.

Personally, there is no hell as described but that EVERYONE goes to "heaven". The ALL does not fight evil, being whole and complete and cannot be added to or subtracted from, but The ALL'S creations fight "evil." It is the dichotomy of being born on earth. There are agreements you agreed to before you were born on earth, unfortunately, a large agreement is binary, i.e., either/or, neither/nor. So it goes...

Hell is something that TPTB hold over stupid people to keep them in line, or keep them from killing/doing harm to others. We Create Our Own Hell.

Gnostic's have a true belief too -- the god of the book is the demi-urge and jesus was created by the demi-urge. In fact, earth as we know it was created by the demi-urge, not The ALL. Check out some of their teachings, they are still around.
