Because we all know that "real America" wears a seed corn hat and drives a pickup. The old guys gather at the diner every day for coffee. And Friday night everyone shows up for the football game.

Whenever I start thinking he might have found a clue lying around that he might use at some point, he comes out with proof that I was wasting my time thinking that. This would be one of those times. I haven't heard much from him in a while, I wasn't listening, but he sounded like he made some kind of sense at the moment when I have heard him in the past seven months. Guess those were his few good days that I caught by chance. What a dolt.
