I know I botched that line, but I remember in 2008 there were wars on DU.
There were those that were for Obama and those that were not - until he became the nominee.
I remember an Obama-supporting DUer posted a thread like that, as a way to deal with all the Obama negativity that was being posted. It worked.

As you wander around the internets today *beware*. The GOPers are out and about and they are being their usual selves.
They are posting their lies.
They are bashing each and every speaker that spoke last nite for what they didn't say.
They are posting faux talking points.
They are posting their hatred.
I actually saw a post this morning on HuffPo where the whole post was about the size of Michelle's hips & her 'manly' arms. Yes, seriously!! Jealous much - haha!!
Reward the positive. Ignore the negative.
Let's not feed the trolls. They are freaking out today, as they should!!!!

I think I remember the DUer that first posted that, but I'll leave it to them to take credit for that great bumpersticker slogan to help the rest of us deal with the pure shit

Seems like it gets worse the more excited the Dems get

Makes for a much more pleasant DU experience imho.
