An African American pool league teammate is a MAGAT!

Completely floored. Showed up for weekly league yesterday, and "Steve" asked if I could grab his breaking cue from his car. Went out to get it, and there was a SHITLER sticker in the back window. Upon going back in, asked if he lost a bet or something. He looked puzzled and wondered why I asked. I said the Trump sticker, what the hell man? He replied that Trump is the man for 2020.

Didn't really have a chance to chat, our matches were about to start on separate tables and Steve left early. Played on the same team as him for a couple years, never discussed politics. He's from the south Chicago burbs, working class guy who owns a small machine shop, late 50's probably. Not a close friend, but someone who had been fun to hang around. Until that jaw dropping info.

Not sure what to say at league next week. Any advice or have a similar situation where you stumble on the fact that a friend or acquaintance is a MAGAT?

When you see black, he sees white.

When you see a failed businessman, he sees a huge success.
