Congressmen are not exempt from indictment.

3. Ha! I suspect that since he's being hounded by cows right and left, that his IQ is lower than ...

He should be removed from any subcommittees investigating all of this crap being now that he's been found to be complicit in some of these illegals doings, at a minimum, and removed from office/censored/impeached being that he's failing to fulfill his duty as a Congressman to hold up the laws of the US.

2. This is a point to be brought up w/the House Minority leadership.

As long as Uglicans are on the committee, they shouldn't insist that a *particular* member be on the committee, when that member apparently has ulterior motive to "steer" the proceedings. If they do, Dems will make them pay for it elsewhere in other committee assignments.
