But my observations is that he is really chickenshit. He lacks the character to confront people face to face when in a peer type relationship. So being the chickenshit that he is, he needs to be either on AF1 or within CONUS so that he can tweet without fear of being confronted.

Once back in CONUS he will then start tweeting tough or talking talk about NATO and/or the foreign leaders that recognized him for the weak man that he is.
