Constitutional Scholars

I remember when John Oliver presented the reality of 97% of climate scientists who espouse the reality of climate change. I wonder what is the consensus among constitutional scholars on the impeachability of Trump?

at least for some of them. The GOP scholar simply wanted to wait longer to start impeachment to collect even more facts. If that's the GOP's best guy, you can sort of figure out how the general community feels about it.
