Carlos had the flu, was sleeping on the cement floor covered with a mylar blanket, was doubled over in pain, crawled over to the toilet where he collapsed and remained still - this all over a two day period. 16 years old!!! - No welfare check, no attention, nothing! - 16 years old boy murdered by our government! This appears to be a type of torture by neglect.

The segment also showed how his family is mourning in Guatemala. It also showed Carlos as strong, brave son to loving parents.

I am so sorry for this poor young boy. His death was so preventable. Nobody showed him any kindness or compassion in his last hours. It makes me so angry that this was allowed to happen. Our government should pay for this! They are murderers!
