I think your OP implies that he tweeted it out recently - but presence of the caption and the date indicate he was posting it for a logical reason - to attack Obama in 2014.

He was aware it attacked the current President and he did not post it during his term - he is not accidentally attacking himself.

Of course, Trump’s meetings with world leaders have gone as well as expected for a guy improvising his way through them, which is to say he can hardly take a trip abroad without angering allies or praising dictators.
