I guess that means I should have gone to one of the top tool and die companies and told them will my dad was a great millwright, I demand to be hired on as a millwright as well. No apprenticeship. Right to the top.
That says two things about the media either it really isn't all that hard to do this job, you're not demanding high skills or the name is more important so the people out there are looked upon as, well too simple minded to know what is what.
