why would Trump be unconcerned that Giuliani is so vulnerable to blackmail and corrupt financial interests?

“A third marriage has fallen into divorce court ruins, revealing monthly expenses of $230,000 for six homes and 11 country club memberships.”

monthly expenses of $230k. what a vulnerability to potentially corrupt and foreign interests does that represent alone
