This is the message that needs to be sent to Senate Republicans

If you let Trump walk away from this, you will then own ALL of his future crimes. He becomes you, and you become him. Just like when a judge gives a lenient sentence to a criminal with a violent past, and then that criminal commits another violent crime after release. The public holds that judge accountable.

So, are you sure that you want to give Trump a pass on this? This may be your last chance to be rid of him once and for all.

He has clearly violated the law and his oath of office. If they let that slide, they adopt responsibility for it.

Their actions show that they are making a play to leave the Constitution and the Rule of Law behind. What accountability will they face when they are the new Aristocracy in a theocratic fascist dictatorship?

We make a grave mistake if we assume that repukes have any intention of abiding by our laws or submitting to consequences for breaking them.

Already there's talk of him not participating in the debates. I wouldn't be surprised if the election were called off or the results nullified.
It's starting to feel very 1861.
