The FOX Headline was Impeachment poll remains the same, Trump's approval creeps up. Impeachment went up a point, you can bet on it that if it had gone down a point their headline would have been, "Support for Impeachment waning!"

I just think this is important to remember, the media's narrative that impeachment is failing politically is not supported by the facts.

That is the key, you are right. It means that to win next year, he's going to have to convince people who thought he should be removed to vote for him.

... think we should wait to remove him by voting him out. That used to be a largish group.

But, then, I suppose there are those in the "impeach" group who want him out so they can vote for Pence, or some other Republican replacement.

Because they validate Democratic Party wishes. They show that 50% of voters want Trump impeached and removed while 54% believe he should be impeached only.

But maybe we should take all these polls with a grain of salt? We can all remember the polls before the last election.

How Republikkkans vs Dems react to polls.....

In 1999 only 36% wanted Clinton impeached. Did that slow down the Repubs pursuit of impeachment? NO!

In 2019 over 50% DO want Trump impeached. Does that slow down the Dems? Of course!

Get a backbone!
