Let's be honest, Obama isn't just fixing the problems of Bush ... he's fixing the problems of the last four presidents.

4. I didn't like what he did in his presidency

once he got stuck with that GOP Congress. I thought he should have fought a little harder, made them pass a few things over his veto, which they would have done.

"Free Trade" (without fair trade) agreements had been in the works since Hoover, so I knew NAFTA was largely inevitable, but banking deregulation should have been fought tooth and nail.

Still, I love to watch Big Dog work a crowd and will watch his speech tonight.

Certainly not in the Senate. So they could not have over-rode his veto unless a lot of dems went along. He provided a lot of cover by supporting those items.

I agree is is a master politician, though. He seems to thrive on the edge.
