Most of them were buried in their home cities or states. Trump will have to get an undisclosed location because most cemeteries wouldn't want thousands of people lining up to piss on a grave.

he will be buried somewhere private, in some ostentatious yet tacky place which makes his casinos look classy.

...or does simply spending a week and a half or whatever in a military prep school now qualify you?

Maybe because of that there was a special exception, or maybe in those days there wasn't a military requirement.

Besides, I think I read that he wants to be buried on one of his properties -- the one in New Jersey, I believe. Once I find out for sure, I'm going to see if I can negotiate the beer concession, so people can "load up" before paying their (ahem) last respects.

This happened quite awhile ago; I think he ultimately did get zoning approval etc for it, but nothing's happened with it to date. There was also some confusion about how many 'guests' he intended to have room for.

He'll probably advance-sell the plots (!Spend Eternity with the Trumps!). Then in his memory, Uday and Qusay will stiff the buyers.

Impeachment (and removal of course) ends a presidency... it doesn't annul it.

However - I seriously doubt that the issue will ever come up. Most in recent decades have been buried at their presidential libraries.

Now that's the question to ask. Would he get a library if he were removed?

Probably. Even Nixon has one. But they're privately funded, so it would depend on how unpopular he gets.
