The jury found Schoettle guilty of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse and recommended a prison sentence of 23 years. Judge Patricia Summe passed sentence on Schoettle last month.

I was filled with horror and rage. That little girl's pain has been invalidated by the ex-gov.

I don't know what the situation is with the mom, but his telling the reporters to speak to her is horrifying. She may have been in denial about what happened to her daughter. But the courts thought there was enough evidence to convict the man. And how the hell would Bevins know whether her hymen is intact of not? And fore many obvious reasons, that should NOT matter. She can still have been sexually assaulted without actual vaginal penetration. It's so fucking disgusting and horrifying for those words to come out of his mouth.

You literally cannot prove or disprove anything, and you can be sexually active for years and still have it be "intact."

Oh, you ask how they check? By putting two fingers into the women or girl's vagina, so a child who was raped is reraped, or a child who is sexually innocent is raped.
