That's and incredible video.
It underscores just how much is at stake in this next election.
I loved his characterization of Trump as the "orange golden calf".
He is worshiped by millions of Americans, some of which even equate him with Jesus.
That in itself would truly frighten our founding fathers, who were very concerned about the possibly of a tyrant coming to power here.
And now we have a large minority of Americans who no longer seem interested in continuing the Republic. They appear to be more at home with a dictator who holds absolute power and sets all the rules.
I guess they don't realize what happens when you actually get one.
By then it's too late to reign in a government that only serves itself, and has no concern for the people.

Not since the Civil War has this nation been so divided and in such imminent peril.

With the impeachment vote, the Democrats have laid the challenge upon us. We need to defend what our ancestors fought to create, and continually fought to defend against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
We need to pull this nation back from the abyss, and restore honesty, integrity, and civility to our nation's leadership.
We need a president and a congress that are both committed to the people of this nation...all its people, not just the loud-mouthed, hate-filled, bullies of the Trump base.
In just 3 years, the MAGA slogan has actually become a truth for us all.
Trump and his enablers have done serious damage to our country; diminishing the greatness of our nation on a daily basis with their lies, hate, and self-serving attitudes and actions.
We are losing our greatness to the criminals who are determined to re-make the nation in their image, with their perverted version of what "great" means.
For them it's great profits, great power, great control.
It's a form of "greatness" that ultimately excludes most Americans.
It's the end of the Republic.
And now it's time for the rest of us to truly make America great again...as it was before the orange golden calf and his ilk debased it.

Now, that's a rally cry if I ever heard one. This is on par with some great speeches of the past. He covers a lot of ground in a brief time and I agree wholeheartedly with the entire message and its meaning.

I don't usually say this, but THIS should go viral. I would like to see it read on the floor of the House and Senate by some brave soul who has the same convictions. Our collective hand goes up: Oh, NO you DON'T!

These are those times and there will be those who stand up to the occasion and shed new light on our meaning and purpose as a nation as if for the first time. The winds of change are building and they will blow strong and unabated for freedom and democracy. We are that wind! Here we come.
