Nearly every port is shorthanded in terms of tug pilots by about 50%.

Which reminds me: anyone looking for a job: move to a city with a port, and walk up to the harbormaster and say "I want to train as a pilot". After he or she recovers from fainting you will be placed in an apprenticeship program that very day.

This is a parking lot fender bender. With big consequences for the at-fault driver.
