Self care is necessary right now. If you can arrange it, therapeutic massage will help enormously.

That was my 2015. My sister died January 9, my mother died February 4 and my aunt died September 9. Then, November, 2016, democracy started to die, too.

This year my cousin committed suicide and my uncle died of Alzheimer'. It seems no sooner do I start to almost return to functioning on a somewhat normal level, something else happens.

Hopefully 2020 will be the beginning of brighter times for all of us.

You're right, self care is important.

I type that as I think about one of my guitars with way too much dust on it in the living room.

As soon as I finish this invoice for one of my customers I'm picking it up & engaging in some self care.
