I remember where I was on election night when Bill Clinton was elected president.

What a relief it was to have the nightmare of 12 years of Republicans over.

The same thing when President Obama was elected.

Eight years of Bush over.

This has been a great convention.

The convention for Bill Clinton was great also.

Democrats throw great conventions.

1. I was home with my parents.

I was in college. I sat with my parents when Ohio put him over the top.

We walked into the hotel playing drums, and everyone was so excited.

It was a great night.

3. I remember 96 when my mom got up early to vote for him and that night we watched the election.

I just remember feeling safe after they said he won.

I was so excited I ran to my drawer found an old black t shirt and wrote Clinton Gore with a big heart in glue and sprinkled it with Gold glitter!!! I wore it everywhere for days! One of the happiest days of my life!!!

5. I remember-- I was in san diego at the convention center, watching the reichwingnuts going

crazy (carrying signs demanding that he be impeached). I spent part of the evening giving civics lessons to these clueless twits, and the rest of the evening being grateful I no longer had to wear my mourning band.
