we try to channel what our subjects' would possibly say if they thought they could get away with it for purposes of satire.

So he didn't say all that although the phrase with "anti-racist" as its kernel was actually said and would, by itself, be a wild joke if he was being ironically sarcastic.

In fact it's increasingly difficult to satirize these creeps and do so intelligently, subtly. By their actions and words they have murdered hyperbole (almost) so that means of achieving the gag is (nearly) gone.
