(18,619 posts)They're obviously from different worlds, and being a Trumpie seems to require frequent expression of cruel and insane views. Imagine spending day after day with someone who spouts angry Hannity talking points.
It was probably easier to overlook old fashioned Bush neo-con politics, but now he's on steroids.

(6,137 posts)she probably learned a lot about who her husband really is. trump emboldened those deplorable true selves who had been suppressing their nastiness to get through life but now they are out in the open. I bet there have been many divorces since 2016 election precisely for that reason.

Generally, I find that these old white guys have already alienated everyone around them anyways. No big loss if you want my opinion.
