Has Donald Trump ever broken the law?

He accuses the government of spying on him. He calls the FBI "dirty cops". He says those that investigated him and those that impeached him should be tried for treason. They should be in prison.

It has been said that behind every great fortune is a great crime. In this case, Donald Trump has committed a great crime.

Before his election in 2016, with the help of his lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid off a porn star to keep her from going public with some embarrassing information. He created a shell company to hide the money. Was that illegal?

Was it just a minor offense when he appraised his properties at high values when he was selling them, and at very low values when he was paying taxes on them? Was that illegal?

When he was laundering Russian money thru his mansions, his condos, his golf courses, was that legal?

When he was skimming money from his charitable organizatiom to use as a personal slush fund, was that legal?

From what we know about Donald Trump, he should be under the prison. He is a lifelong criminal and it is really rich to hear him accuse others of doing him wrong and threatening prison.

The emperor lies a lot and he has no clothes. Perhaps someday he will receive the justice he desires to see in his enemies.

He is a criminal and should be in prison. The entire country knows it.

So much it turns into a blur. MO is to overwhelm the system so it can not respond properly. He learned in NY and from his Dad how to bulldoze normality with a storm of crapola. It's a crime too people support him.

7. While he has been up to no good, he still needs to be convicted to be a criminal.

We can all call him a criminal as much as we want but until a jury convicts him, it is all our opinion and nothing more.

I look forward to some criminal charges once he is no longer President.

He doesn't have to be convicted. He is still a criminal. He's just not a convicted criminal. Although I think Donald Trump has been found guilty more than once. He hasn't done time for it.

There is our opinion of the scumbag
There is a presumption of innocence
There is conviction and some kind of sentence.

AFAIK, Trump has been found liable for civil fraud not criminal fraud.

Everyone in the country calls him criminal, still means nothing in the real world.

But he was found to be an unindicted co-conspirator with the crime committed by Michael Cohen.

He was found guilty, with his father, for racial discrimination in his rental properties.

He was found guilty of money laundering with his gambling casinos and had to pay a huge fine.

Also, found guilty of using Trump University to steal money from unsuspecting victims. Had to pay a $25 million fine.

He was ordered by law to close his Organization because of illegal activities.

He does not have clean hands.

If not, then why is he in prison? Same with the monster in the White House.

Guard...that's a federal crime. Rachel mentioned a purse mfg. who went to prison for that. He's been twice found guilty of tax fraud, I think. There are all the lawsuits he settled which were then sealed. Trump U. He's a bigly crook.
