Whether from the walk to the podium or nervousness or sniffing before the speech, it's hard to guess which.

He managed to name Obama as contributing to the problem, his economy being the best in history, his largess to the military and bloviated his way through all the "threats" to Iran.

The little guy behind him was certainly checking to see if anyone was buying this shit, with eyes darting from one reporter to another. At a couple spots, I was afraid he was going to faint.

A seemingly medicated Trump is speaking now, slurring his “s” words audibly, lots of inhaling and sniffing, jerky head movements, pasty looking with notably unblended bronzer. He’s clearly ill, physically AND mentally.
