Every day a new reason. After the first predictable excuse, "General Soleimani was a very, very bad man" didn't quite provide a rationale for committing a war crime, the administration has been casting about for a legitimate reason. Yesterday, it was the imminent attack that nobody had any evidence for. Today, it's pressure from GOP Senators, senators that Trump wants to curry favor with in advance of his impeachment trial.

The House should open another impeachment investigation of Trump, this time for his violation of U.S. law and treaty obligations.

Its nothing but lies. No legitimate reason has been given and now this bullshit which is easily debunked. I don't know who suggested they go with this new lie which essentially admits it was cover to curry favor in the Senate, but an impeachment inquiry must begin if the Senate GOP don't sit him down now.

And I am waiting GOP Senators - step forward, tell us who these Senators are!

Like coming up with lies and excuses, and nothing he claims is true until fully proven. This was done not for national security reasons, and it was done to distract away from his impeachment, and why they've changed their reasons for this assassination many times proves it.

Ukraine - withheld aid authorized by Congress for political purposes.
Soleimani - killed Soleimani in order to get votes to avoid the consequences of his prior use of the power of the US Government for political purposes.
