ABC News also reported that some of the information the House Intel Committee wants is in possession of the Southern District of New York which has not yet been turned over. Giuliani is also under investigation by the Southern District of New York over his alleged involvement in a plot to remove then-ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who testified to the impeachment inquiry last week..

Add to that the wh recent statement that some of the parnas material is classified, and it paints a frustrating picture of why we haven't seen it yet.

The big question: did the house managers include them in the evidence dump?

The report was that Parnas turned over "audio, video and photos that include Giuliani and Trump". We know that there were voicemails and those have been released. Nothing about "tapes." And the description of what Parnas turned over is ambiguous. It doesn't necessarily mean that Trump and Giuliani are in audio, video and photos. It could just mean that they are in some of those items.

The Senate won't allow this evidence even though it CLEARLY shows a crime.

After the Senate trial, release the evidence publicly, which not only clearly shows Trump's crime but shows McConnell's obstruction crimes as well and it's a slam dunk before the election.

There is no reason for them to hold back relevant information. They released texts, notes, photos, videos, and voicemails. Anything that was significant has been released. I doubt very much that there are "tapes" -- just voicemails. And not with Trump. If there were such things, and they were give to the committee in November, they'd have been released by now.

The ABC report in November stated that "The material submitted to the committee includes audio, video and photos that include Giuliani and Trump." That could be read a couple of ways and does not necessarily indicate that Giulian and Trump were featured in audio, video, and photos -- i could be that they are in audio, video, and/or photos.

That seems most likely since if there were recordings of Trump, the Intelligence Committee would not have sat on them since November. The audio seems to be voicemails and those have been released.

Folks expecting some bombshell audio tapes probably are going to be disappointed.
