What is our best guess or evidence on how this sham impeachment trial will play with voters ?

If this has been posted a billion times already, my apologies.

We all know the Dictator-wannabe's cultists won't care. The Republican hard-core voters won't care.

How about independents ? How about those who usually lean Republican ?

My fervent hope is that independents and the "mushy middle" persuadables will see this as it really is,
a complete and total perversion of justice and the Constitution, and vote for the Democratic nominee in
November.

I also hope that a very significant percentage of usual Republican voters see this also, and vote Democratic.

I will go very deep into despair if the Dictator-wannabe wins again.

Thanks for your time, as always.

Steve

Well, if the medical lab I went to today is any indication, interest is certainly there: catbyte Jan 2020 #1

55-60% of America hates him and wants him removed.

40-45% of America loves him and wants him acquitted. Unfortunately this group has a majority of seats in the Senate and 20 Senators will not move to convict him.

The senate is elected by dirt not people... thats where we are. No matter the outcome Trumps approval will be 41-42% where its been for 3 years regardless of what ridiculous shit he says or does.

of legal procedural dramas to be utterly outraged by what is all too obviously a rigged show-trial being crammed down the public’s throat by the Republican Senators. They will be rooting for the good guys.

The election will remove him and if not I am daily praying a higher power takes care of it asap, and I am not religious in any traditional sense. But I fear the worst really. There is still a complete denial among the press/ media and many others about the fact that fascism has taken over this government. It is a shock to see what is going down on a daily basis the past 3-4 years.

There are more independents than Republicans, and I don’t think most of them, if Trump is acquitted, will shrug and say “well, I guess he didn’t do anything wrong then”.

An acquittal could work in Dems favor, especially if it comes after new evidence and testimony is introduced.
