Putting aside for the moment that this threat is a crime, how can the House Managers use this tomorrow? In a normal trial where jurors had been threatened, there would at the least be an inquiry by the presiding judge as to whether individual jurors were aware of the threat; had anyone directly communicated with them; did they feel intimidated, etc.

Could Schiff and company request such an inquiry as tomorrow's first order of business?

Could news reports of the threat be made a part of the record?

That would be another Article of Impeachment they can file against him.

In the meantime, if the Republicans want to get this nightmare over they need to convict him. And then immediately, convene the RNC to remove their current officers and replace them with members that will not kowtow to Trump.
