No Blaming - No Complaining

I believe I will give this one of my employees a positive performance review, and an extension of his contract.

The man knows how to do a job, and the correct attitude toward getting it done.

...to notify his employers when those he's working with try to stonewall his performance as I would not consider that the "blame game." In fact, it is part of his contract to notify us when other employees try to game the business.

Other than that I do believe he does his job OK.
