Rachel: Barr cannot be complaining that he is being bullied by the president.

Rachel Maddow MSNBC ✔@maddow

Forgive me, but Mr. Barr cannot be complaining that he is being bullied by the president.

He happily intervened in cases of interest to the president, to the president's benefit, to the point where prosecutors resigned in protest.

What he feels bullied by is the backlash to it.

The New York Times ✔@nytimes

Breaking News: Attorney General William Barr said he wouldn’t be “bullied” and that President Trump’s tweets on Roger Stone “make it impossible for me to do my job” https://nyti.ms/2vyWyWp

Anyone with an brain cells knows this is just another scam. The president screws up by publicly intervening in a case tried by court in which his Attorney General is abusing his power to over ride the DOJ prosecutors. That exposes the fact the Barr is a loyal bootlicking ass kissing bastard doing what Trump had told him to do. So, what to do? Barr, of course with the Trump's henchmen, agree that Barr should make a contrived statement of his exception to the presidents interference and that he can't do his job. Yeah, the job of doing exactly what the president had told him to do and then what Trump had stupidly made pubic. How can a man pull off this type of unlawful crap when his conspirator exposes the entire operation. That is Barr's complaint. Barr is one of the major conspirators behind the so-called Unified Executive Theory that gives the president dictatorial powers and transforms the government into a fascist government no different than the governments of Germany and Italy that took their nations to destruction.

not Barr. I'm pretty sure that Barr's statement was designed to separate himself, slightly, from Trump. If he were *really* sick of Trump, he's just resign IMHO

Barr is covering his ass right now.

He knows that he has crossed a couple of BIG red lines and is now wondering about losing his license and a movement to impeach.

He’s trying to create plausible deniability.

What is his job, traveling throughout Eastern Europe on our dime digging up dirt on trump opponents. Coordinating with the vile Gooliani to have a direct channel between Russia and DOJ, (as Jared planned from day one) to push propaganda Like Russia, North Korea, and Jiiina, to maintain DICKTATORShip. Fuck all the fat boy traitors in this admin; trump, Pompeo, Barr, Rusty Limpballs, and for the hell of it, Huckabee Sadldlebags.
