75,000 hospital respirators in the U.S.

If there weren't already documented cases of Covid-19 reinfections (illness, positive tests-->recovery, negative tests-->renewed symptoms and positive test), I might consider that it were better to get it sooner rather than later. Assuming we're all going to get it anyway, right?

I'd end this with "/cynism" but there is no end to my cynicism.

tank and bomb producing plants in a few weeks during WW2 it could be done again. This will help the economy, put people to work, add money to the local community, etc. Why aren't we doing that? The fucking moron is no FDR, that's for sure.

But if you think of how every man, woman and child's life changed in a ton of different ways during WW2 than we could do it again. Having the right leader helps too.
