I was told by physicians in the family to start taking elderberry extract, as they all are.

It's known for it's antiviral activity against influenza, as well as boosting the immune system.

There are many studies out there to confirm this. While it's never been studied with COVID-19, much can be found with studies with Influenza A & B.
