I remember when he was the White House correspondent during the bush regime and he was very good at soft soaping the negatives when it came to the repubs and downplaying any positives with regard to the Democrats back then as well.

Come to think about it he framed it in terms of Iraq--no mention of such minor details as dead and wounded soldiers. Well, after all, the troops are public employees.

he said what he did about the fact that the "word" wasn't said - something like the word "troops" wasn't said, but the issue was discussed in the 'policies' he spoke about. -

Here he, and his talking heads are trying to make a big stirr about the "god" in the Dem platform tizzy, when in fact, the Democratic party platform is filled with policies which are far more in line with 'god' than anything the repubs. offer.

I hope that little sound bite gets snipped and turned on his disingenuous ads attacking us on the 'god' platform issue.
