Could states go to vote by mail for November election?

I’m not sure about any legal hurdles or time constraints, but with the Coronavirus meaning people may more and more shy away from public gatherings, maybe vote by mail makes sense.

Will be interesting to see if any states that don’t currently vote by mail will try to go that route for the November general election.

for at least a week. We already have almost half the state voting by mail here in Montana.

could use existing absentee ballot laws, just change the criteria needed to qualify for one. It might not even take legislation to do this, just an executive order from a governor.

Or at least we'll have learned to live with it. Like we've learned to live with President Sociopath.
