1. Get in the bathroom...
Close the door turn on the hot water in the tub/shower close the lid of the toilet sit and breathe in that humid air through your nose as much as possible. It may help. My dad had bad sinuses it’s what he used to do.

2. A Neti Pot is what I used to use when I had bad sinus problems years ago.

There are all different types. The most important thing to remember is to use sterilized water. Blowing your brains out is not advisable... ![]() |

with your forefinger should do the trick...

6. Neti pot with distilled warmed water or
Steam. Steam really good. But be careful not to burn yourself.

12. There's an old saying
"You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose."

10. You can get sterile water nasal spray
in every drug store & grocery store HBA section.
The steam and Neti pot suggestions are good, too. |

19. Drink some gin.
You will be drunk, talking loud about your younger days, and your nose will be running like a St. Bernard's.

I am convinced that keeping your nose moist prevents sickness

23. I'm just curious but....what do you normally do?
I think a good blow into a tissue sounds fine, then wash your hands.
