It has to be because they aren't testing. I doubt seriously they don't have an explosion of cases. A HERETIC I AM Apr 2020 #8

For example, the United States is getting slammed but Mexico isn’t at all. Whereas Canada is better the us but not as good as Mexico. Who knows why.

and other travel destinations are slamming the brakes on tourism. Viewed as a source of the CV (in some cases it's not, it is nationals coming back home from infected regions, e.g., in Hawaii.

That is why I disagree w/ letting the contaminated cruise ships unload their passengers in FL, w/o testing, to see who is infected or not, and let them out into the general population. They should have had better precautions in place, and slowly allowed the passengers to disembark, if tested negatively for the CV. Thanks FL!

From what I know of the country, and I admit it is limited and I have never been there, but India has an enormous population of very poor people who live in villages with little to no proper sanitation and barely any access to a modern hospital. Over a billion people in a land area a bit over one third the size of the lower 48.

I fear there will be millions who will die due to this that will never get counted, because they will stay at home and never get diagnosed.

The same for large swaths of the African Continent. Enormous numbers of desperately poor people with little to no access to proper health care. They'll get sick and they will stay where they live and die there.

We will never know the true numbers inside those two populations

Vaccine and the spread of the disease. If Africa and India manage to stave it off, it almost has to be that...
