Waking up to the news...

I haven't read everything about the embassy attacks and this terrible movie yet, but so far, there is wag the dog all over this. The timing, the players involved, the quick response from the right. I hope the President stands firm and condemns this movie and the people who perpetrated the violence, and not the countries. I hope his message is that this is not who we are. Stupid Romney should also be called to task for not condemning this movie. I'm ashamed and embarrassed that after all of the togetherness I felt from the DNC, that an zealot and a xenophobe can make something so inflammatory.

They could powerfully point out to the American people that the Republicans are exploiting the situation.
