‘ Death is a welcomed friend’: Pastor calls on Christians to defy coronavirus lockdown — even if it kills them’

That is some crazy stuff what a miserable way to pass.

It should be a chargeable offense and he should lose his job.

I respect their right to self-select for voluntary extinction and wish them all a grand old time playing bingo with the angels forever and ever and ever.

However, all men and women are Brothers and Sisters and a total disregard for the health and safety of other people in your community, country and the World does not reflect the essence of Christ's teachings, but more so the opposite. You are supposed to heal the sick, not spread disease willingly. There is no spiritual excuse here. You were admonished to go into your closet and pray privately to your Lord, not make a spectacle in order to look righteous and holy like a hypocrite.

Since these Pestors [sic] display such pick-a-fight arrogance and display what appears to be self-interest and perhaps, a profit-oriented motivation, they seem to proclaim the very teachings that are the foundation they claim, for themselves and their congregations, are by way of whim and mammon and so, they behave more like wolves in sheep's clothing ready to feast on the unwitting sheep and fleece them all the way to the grave. That counts as sacrilegious and cult-like, just as most of the extreme Fundamentalism in this country exhibits. They don't know how to separate the chaff from the wheat, obviously. Their bible does offer guidance on these issues.

Get ye wisdom!

[Disclaimer: I am not religious by any standards. It has been a field of study and interest for me.]

They are batshit crazy. They get themselves all worked up and speak in tongues and fall all over.

I worked with one of those preachers. He wasn't very smart and he was just plain mean.

if one of his supporters or even himself get near me and I get the virus, I want him prosecuted for murder, first degree if at all possible.
