sometimes it means "You are being paranoid and crazy" and other times it means "I may sound paranoid and crazy, but I'm totally right!"

I put nothing past neo-con policy makers with big bucks backing, most especially in an election year.

I'm wearing my tinfoil hat this morning too, and I can't get Carter/Reagan out of my mind. That was my first election. I felt pressured to vote for Reagan because of the hostages, but cast my vote for Carter because I liked him. At 18, that was the only issue I 'saw', that, and Carter was smart, Reagan was an actor known for working with a chimp.
