The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Manhattan, said Performance Supply offered to sell $45 million in N95 respirators to New York City officials at prices 500-600% over 3Ms list price. According to the lawsuit, Performance Supply offered about 7 million 3M masks to city procurers on March 30 at over $6, up to 600% of 3Ms list price.
Let's hope this legal action results in closing the doors of this evil establishment........

Grand daughter works for a company that makes curtains and blinds, and was slated to be shut down as a non-essential business for the duration. (South Australia, some severe closing down happening across the country.)
Except, some brain there came up with some lateral thinking: switched part of their production line over to making masks.
So, business is now classified as essential, and not closing down.
AND she is sending us some! Hope they are good ones.

The Justice Department said Christopher Parris has been charged with wire fraud. He allegedly tried to sell 125 million face masks and other equipment that would have totaled over $750 million worth of supplies.
