So, they think they give an all clear (the state's will do that) and everyone will go right back like nothing ever happened. Shoulder to shoulder at Home Goods. Buffets. Cruise ships. Leaning on counters. Raising beers above their head to get through the bar crowd. Flocking into cinemas. shopping as a past timeEtc

Just like that. Oh some will no doubt. But do they really think everyone will just throw caution to the wind? Will businesses that got the SBA loans/grants tell their employees to stay home because they are covering payroll anyway?

What does he think is gonna happen if he forces the economy to reopen? One thing to reopen it, it's another to get people to contribute to it. What's he going to do? Force people to go out and spend money?
