It is tragic that I can imagine our president confiscating critical PPE supplies from the states who had to obtain them on their own, and then diverting those supplies to Russia to appease Putin.
I can totally see this happening.

...not twiddling their thumbs waiting for the federal clerks to send them to them.
Maybe they can buy them back at a markup when he sends them to Russia.
