Basically, it's a site where you can buy and sell shares of a percentage likelihood of an event. 0 occurs when a candidate has lost (no worth) and 100% when they win. And everything in between. Obama's stock is rising. The money says he is trending to victory.

There are a lot more things to bet on besides Obama and Romney. Whether Greece will leave the eurozone, all kinds of stuff.
