Today showed the first drop in poverty in about 4 years. Then on my way home from work on the radio, Obama talked about the budget and not putting the burden on the poor and working class. Then there was Romney saying giving all the money to the wealthy and cutting programs would get the economy better which would help the poor. I remember in about 2006 the economy was "going gangbusters" yet no change in income for workers and poverty was climbing.
Every time the republicans talk this trash the democrats need to remind people about the facts.
