I have full confidence in my President.

I have full confidence in my President Barack Obama and his staff to handle this situation in Libya the way it should be handled. He's shown time and time again the last 4 years whether he's had to deal with foreign policy, domestic policy, the economy, healthcare, etc... etc... to be an exceptional leader in the circumstances and the times we find ourselves in. We have been lucky to have had him the last 4 years as our duly elected leader of these The United States Of America.

That being said ... the thought also crossed my mind today after surviving the 8 year nightmare of the Bush administration, that 'what if' that mindset still occupied the white house today. I'd probably be digging a hole in the backyard for that bomb shelter thinking full well that that administration would be trying to use this event to go into Iran. Another 911, the propaganda would be too easy for them make it so. And I am sure Fox News will try to push this as another way to inflame tensions if they are not doing so already.

President Obama has his job. He's on it. Our job is to get him re-elected come Nov 6th. Don't get distracted by the fear, propaganda, or what have you. The 'narrative' of the Presidential campaign went full bore foreign policy today, for whatever reason. But we still have to keep the other issues front and center and DU knows what they are. Don't let them hijack anything these last 56 or so days till the election.

I have full confidence in President Barack Obama and I'll be damned tired come Nov 7th in trying every thing I can to help get him re-elected. I have slept much better the last 4 years. And I want for more years of that. Peace.

Just checked out Fox News to confirm my earlier thoughts. Sure enough John Bolton the ultimate neo-con was on, geesh. Anyway swing states is the game for us that live in 'Obama Locks' like California where I am. I'm looking at Ohio to concentrate on. Hmm Florida? Gotta make a difference somewhere. Need a few posts of "Swing States" and keep them front and center for us in the Deep Blue to do whatever we can to get it done elsewhere. All the best and go blue !!!

You're welcome. The right man is in the White House, and we can't let up these last 55 days before the election to keep him there. Peace,
