remember LTC Terry Lakin?

court martialed for his stubborn, birther-inspired refusal to deploy to afghanistan. well, there he was on a
poster for the cancelled, failed tea party event in arizona originally scheduled for the 22nd. right between pat
boone and sherrif joe arpaio...

pictured in his army uniform.

i am wondering if a person convicted by court martial, dismissed from the service like Lakin, has the right to wear
the uniform? publicly use a picture of himself in uniform? is this wrong, another foolish violation of military regulation,
or just plain tea party stupid?

yikes.

You didn't see him, presently, wearing a uniform. You saw a picture of him wearing a uniform. That picture is likely years old.

Another consequence of his conviction is that since it was the equivalent of a felony conviction, he can't be licensed to practice medicine in most states.
