If small business's already filled out the form to get one of the additional covid "loans"

do we need to fill out another one for this, once it passes the Senate?
I did not get one the first time even though I thought I was well within the allotted time frame.

The original proposal was just to keep the same program and slosh more money into the bucket to be ladled out before it ran dry. That would have meant the one application would do just fine.

Since then there's been a lot of talking and negotiation to get the last people to actually come to the table and say 'yes', Who knows if there were any changes and what they'd be.
