Because a PowerPoint slide mentioned that light, heat and disinfectant kill viruses on surfaces.

I would never belittle children with learning difficulties. I just can’t imagine anyone very far past the fifth grade who wouldn’t say, “Holy shit, what’s wrong with this one?”

I thought I’d seen everything, but Jesus H. Christ on a flaming chariot, this man does not have all the lights on the string screwed in right.

Today I was told that he would NEVER vote for Biden because Biden is “corrupt and insane.”

I am rarely speechless, but that stopped me in my tracks.

(one by one they started posting "stay at home, idiot" posts). I have seen fewer pro-Trump rants from them. But I don't think they have changed their basic opinion of Trump. The most rabid (a cousin by marriage) has only posted 2 pro-Trump posts since April 8 (a record low). (Although she continues to post anti-Biden; anti-Clinton; anti-Obama posts)

W remains an unpleasant memory in “clueless myopic personally amiable nitwit stumbles his way into a position well beyond his competence” follies, but I couldn’t see the point in obsessing over him after he’s gone. Has she shown you on the doll where Hillary hurt her?

If pressed on it, supporters will say that he was either joking or that his intelligence is so off the charts that normal people like us just can’t understand his meanings.

I didn't ask if he's going to vote for him. I felt too angry to engage him further.

... C-19 then died in Vietnam (58,000) or the battle of Gettysburg (51,000). In a sane world Trump would
have been gone months ago. He and Kush-turd were told of the C-19 virus in NOVEMBER of 2019 and they
did nothing except to look for ways on how to make a profit off of the coming pandemic.

I’m response to my asking her to comment on Trump’s presser today:

“ Well, I’m not a doctor, but... I have always found anything fascinating that is related to health, nutrition, medical advancements, and medical science when relating to health and using new technologies to treat certain illnesses.
There are discoveries in medicine that if you had mentioned them 20,40,60 years ago to someone they would have thought it was impossible. Yet, it wasn’t. With that in mind, I listened to his message and almost knocked myself out when I dropped my phone and ran headfirst into the wall. ”

THERE IS HOPE!

They are willfully stupid and completely backwards from the rest of the world. They think they are the smartest people ever. I know to move out of the way when any of them operate power tools or vehicles.

I'm the reject of my family. That is a good thing.

I greet them with a cheery, 'Good morning, fish people' when I arrive. They respond by mouthing a silent rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus.

No, I don't know a single soul amongst liberal and conservative voters alike, who believe that Trump is:

1. Competent
2. Without profound character defects
3. Has the best interest of the American people at heart

Something on which my few conservative friends and I agree is that it is dangerous to elevate a political office to an almost god-like status. I guess that's just an Aussie thing.
